1. What is DropHero?

Drophero is a dropshipping automation tool that helps you find products, manage orders, and sync them directly to your Shopify store. It also includes Meta Ads listing features to easily promote your products and boost sales.

2. Is DropHero suitable for beginners with no marketing experience?

Yes. DropHero uses a guided workflow: paste a Facebook Ads Library URL, review AI-generated drafts, and publish when you are ready. You do not need design skills, but you are responsible for reviewing content before it goes live.

3. How does it connect to Shopify?

Install DropHero from the Shopify App Store. Your store connects automatically during install, and products are published through Shopify's official APIs after you review and approve them.

4. Do I need a Meta (Facebook) account?

Only if you want to publish ads to Meta. You can publish products to Shopify without connecting Meta.

5. Do I need to manually design the ads?

No design software is required. DropHero generates ad drafts from your reference. You should review, edit, and approve all content before publishing.

6. Is there a refund or trial?

7. Can I use it for multiple stores?

You can connect and manage stores according to your plan and account setup. Contact our team if you need help with multiple stores.

8. How many languages are supported?

DropHero supports translation for many common languages used in ecommerce and advertising, including major European languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) and others. Select your target language during the workflow.

9. Is this compliant with Meta's ad policies?

You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with Meta's advertising policies and that you have rights to use reference content. DropHero helps you create and review drafts; it does not replace your obligation to follow Meta and Shopify rules.

10. What happens if I uninstall DropHero?

If you uninstall DropHero, existing ads you published to Meta may continue running in Meta Ads Manager, but DropHero will no longer create new content automatically. Your Shopify store data is not deleted by uninstalling the app.
